Dear Meryl,
Thank you for sharing the first details of your celebration at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina. With 150–160 guests, the wedding day will have a beautiful sense of scale — ocean light, family and friends, and plenty of movement from the quiet preparations through the reception.
I would photograph the story with a balance of gentle direction and honest observation, creating romantic portraits while leaving room for the celebration to unfold naturally around you.

Will the photographs feel natural?
Yes. I step in when direction elevates an image and step back when the moment is stronger left untouched. You receive beautifully composed portraits and the spontaneous photographs that bring you back into the celebration.Would a second photographer be useful for 150–160 guests?
It is optional, but valuable when preparations happen in separate locations or when you would like broader guest coverage and a second perspective during the ceremony and reception.Can the welcome party or rehearsal dinner be covered?
Yes. The additional event includes three consecutive hours on the day before the wedding and can be shaped around the part of the evening that matters most.What about travel and accommodation?
Travel and accommodation for Oahu will be quoted separately and confirmed transparently before booking. I arrange the logistics myself.When will we receive the photographs?
Sneak peeks arrive within one week and the complete edited gallery within five weeks. Priority delivery of the full gallery within seven days is available as an add-on.How do we reserve the date?
The date is officially reserved once the photography agreement is signed and the 50% booking retainer has been received.
