Wedding Photography Packages & Booking Information

Destination weddings are planned well in advance, and I understand that locations and dates can sometimes shift. That’s why I offer a flexible booking experience—so you can secure your photographer with confidence, without the stress of finalizing every detail immediately.

My approach ensures a seamless, carefree process, allowing you to focus on the excitement of your celebration while knowing everything is taken care of.

1️⃣ Packages & Pricing

Below are my destination wedding photography packages tailored for carefree multi-day celebrations.
Pricing is based on a flat rate of 15 or 18 total hours, distributed as needed over the three days
If additional hours are needed, they can be added at a fair hourly rate of $400 per extra hour.

2️⃣ Reserving Your BOOKING

A €1,500 non-refundable retainer secures your booking and ensures my availability.
Your wedding date and location are flexible, but any date change is subject to my availability and must be confirmed in advance
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding date.
If any adjustments or changes impact the pricing, the remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly—ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

3️⃣ Flexibility & Adjustments

The total booked hours can be distributed across the days as needed.
If your timeline changes slightly, we can adjust the distribution of hours accordingly.
If you require additional coverage, you can upgrade with extra hours at €400 per hour.
My availability is limited, so early booking is recommended to guarantee your date.

All prices are final and VAT-exempt.
